Praia da Marinha
Praia da Marinha is located in the coast of Caramujeira, Lagoa council, one of the country nicest. Well known for its cliffs and quality of the water.

Considered one of the 10 nicest in Europe and on the Michelin guide as one of the world 100.
In 1998 was recognized as “Golden beach” by the Ministry of Ambiance as natural heritage. This image is used all over the world by many international agencies and TV channels.

Praia da Falésia
Red rock formation Praia da falesia, with approximately 3 kms of sand, from the Maria Luísa beach at Albufeira all the way to Vilamoura. An excellent choice for tranquil swims.

Praia do Alvor
Alvor is a village with plenty history and maritime tradition connected to the religious believes !
Nowadays, with artisans fishing, restaurants and tourism being the major activities
A paradise of golden beaches and local ancient traditions.
Alvor beach has the particularity of a calm sea meeting the Alvor river bed.

Praia da Rocha

Very popular amongst tourists, this gem has still plenty of space to welcome beach lovers.

By the beach a variety of restaurants and bars with a laid-back atmosphere attract visitors day & night.
“Praia da Rocha” got its name from the enumerous rock formations.

While here visit the fort “Fortaleza de Santa Catarina” built in the 17th century. 

Ilha do Farol
By the nature park at Ria Formosa is the calm waters and white sands of Farol Island, a world of its own.

Ilha da Culatra
Culatra island is a natural hideaway for the fishing vessels, added by the summer yachts and sailing boats.
Here the visitors look for the fabulous gastronomy with the fresh fish and sea food.
You have the Atlantic beach and the river beach very clean waters. The construction of the light house remotes to 1851. It is the southern east point of Portugal.

Praia de Carvoeiro
Charming beach in the village of Carvoeiro with its fishing boats, that attracts many locals and tourists.

Nested between the “Ermida da Nossa Senhora da Encarnação” and Carvoeiro Village, this beach is well worth a visit considering its proximity to the major rock formations and breathtaking caves, namely the famous Benagil cave that you can visit by boat. 

Don’t forget the nearby “Algarseco” rock formation!

 

Praia Verde
Near Castro Marim you will find the majestic Praia Verde, a secluded paradise, surrounded by Pine Trees and with access to well preserved roman ruins that include a well by the sea.  
Because of its crystal clear and warm waters, Praia Verde is considered a jewel in the Algarve.

Praia Grande
Salgados beach is near Armação de Pêra and is the ideal spot for nature lovers,
with its calm sea and golden sand.
In there you can find an area for practice of nudism.

Odeceixe
